What do you love most about being involved in the wedding industry?
I absolutely love being a part of a bride’s day, making her feel beautiful and listening to what she wants and needs. Communication starts from the day of booking in with Apricate&Wild.
What is your favourite “look” right now?
Boho-inspired looks get me every time! Think, loose waves for the hair and natural make-up that makes the bride’s skin glow. Maybe a cheeky bright lip too!
What tips do you have for brides trying to pick hair styles and make-up to match their outfit/ overall “look”?
I suggest that you make a mood board and ask for advice from your stylist to help you put it all together. Also, go with your heart and be yourself!
What can the bride do to ensure her hair and make-up stays intact for the whole day?
Bringing your choice of lippy for your day, so you can reapply, especially after that kiss as husband and wife! Apricate&Wild will set your hair and make-up to protect it though, specifically for the Whitsundays’ hot, tropical climate.
What is your favourite moment in a couple’s wedding day preparation?
When the bride puts her dress on, and it all comes together… Amazing.
