Getting to know Bee Me Photography
Passion, Professionalism, Quality
What inspired you to become a photographer?
To put simply, I was inspired through a grievance period, making me realise just how important photos are. Freezing those moments in time and retelling them through photographs keeps memories alive and continues to tell the stories everlasting.
Can you tell us about the most memorable wedding you have captured?
It would most definitely have to be my first wedding I captured. My mouth hurt from smiling and I just knew that this was something I enjoyed being a part of immensely.
I absolutely love capturing emotions, the happiness and love that surrounds such a significant moment in peoples’ lives, it is just so incredibly special.
What is your favourite moment to capture on a couple’s wedding day and why?
It would have to be when the couple is married, and they are off having their photos captured. In that moment, they are so wrapped up in each other. Freezing those moments for them to cherish everlasting is my most favourite moment.
How would you describe your signature photographic style?
I love to photograph ‘in the moment’ rather than ‘strictly posed’ photos. I find by making couples and families feel super comfortable in front of the camera it creates images that posed photos just can’t compare to. Guiding families along the way is essential but once they are connected and comfortable, this is where the magic happens.
What is your favourite photo of all time?
In-the-moment photos that show connection are my absolute favourites! I can’t go past them! So much love and happiness beams from such a photo.
